While we prefer to work with our clients on a Design/Build or “Turnkey” basis, we commonly respond to “Invitation For Bid” (IFB) requests from our customers as well. ATEC uses various pricing methods to accommodate our clients’ needs, including fixed price/lump sum and cost plus negotiated fee.
